Panerad torskfilé med kokt färskpotatis och provsmakning av Eriks remouladsås till mumsig söndags middag. God sås med smak av curry, oväntat faktiskt (brukar inte äta remouladsås). Är uppväxt med en skvätt grädde till färskpotatis och fisk.

In English. Fish fingers with fresh potatoes and tasting of remoulade from Eriks sauces. The sauce was nice, a hint of curry (that I love), but to fresh potatoes I prefer some cream.. Childhood has shaped my food habits, fish fresh potatoes and cream is a summer must.
